NEOREKA ASIA held its second Malaysia user conference on 5 December 2024, bringing together 22 companies and more than 45 participants. The event covered updates to desknet's NEO V8.6, and introduced NEOPORT, a new AI-powered customer communication hub built on the platform.
Three organisations shared their digital transformation results using NEOJAPAN's products. MIDA (the Malaysian Investment Development Authority) developed an investment management application on AppSuite in just six months. TD Furniture Square used desknet's NEO to improve communication between its office and field teams, and digitised production planning with AppSuite, with a smart factory initiative in the works. Courts Malaysia digitalised paper-based operations across 47 stores — covering 650 users — in under a year.
